Privacy Policy

1. 수집 항목

  • 필수 정보: 전화번호, 닉네임, 실명, 성별, 생년월일, 프로필 사진
  • 자동 수집: 기기 정보(OS·기종), 접속 로그, 위치 정보(동의 시)
  • 서비스 이용 중 생성: 단체 사진, 합류 신청 기록, 채팅 메시지, 블러 해제 내역, 포인트/VIP 구매 이력, 신고 내역, 후기 및 매너온도

2. 이용 목적

  • 그룹 매칭 및 채팅 서비스 제공
  • 본인 인증, 중복 가입 방지, 부정 이용 대응
  • 고객 문의 응대 및 분쟁 해결
  • 법령에 따른 수사기관 협조
  • 서비스 개선을 위한 통계 분석 (개인 식별 불가능한 형태로 처리)

3. 보관 및 파기

  • 계정 탈퇴 시 개인정보는 즉시 삭제됩니다.
  • 전화번호 / UID 해시: 부정 재가입 방지를 위해 탈퇴 후 90일간 해시 형태로만 보관 후 완전 삭제.
  • 채팅 메시지: 매칭이 종료(수락·거절·취소·만료·방 삭제)된 시점부터 최대 180일간 서버에 암호화 저장됩니다. 목적은 수사기관 협조 및 신고/분쟁 대응이며, 기간 경과 시 자동으로 삭제됩니다. 계정을 탈퇴하면 해당 유저 메시지는 즉시 삭제됩니다.
  • 포인트/결제 내역: 전자상거래법 제6조에 따라 5년간 보관됩니다.
  • 신고/분쟁 처리 기록: 전자상거래법 제6조에 따라 3년간 보관됩니다. 계정 탈퇴 시 개인 식별 정보(신고자/피신고자 UID·닉네임)는 즉시 익명화되며, 신고 내용 자체는 분쟁 대응 목적으로 3년간 유지됩니다.
  • 로그인 기록: 통신비밀보호법 제15조의2에 따라 3개월간 보관 후 자동 삭제됩니다.
  • 기타 로그(접속·보안): 관련 법령에 따른 기간 동안 보관 후 파기.

4. 제3자 제공

  • 회사는 원칙적으로 이용자 동의 없이 개인정보를 외부에 제공하지 않습니다.
  • 법령에 따른 수사기관 요청이 있을 경우 개인정보를 제공할 수 있으며, 이 경우 사후 고지 또는 법률이 허용하는 범위에서 고지합니다.
  • 결제 처리: 구매는 Apple App Store / Google Play 인앱결제를 통해 처리되며, 카드 정보는 회사가 보관하지 않습니다.
  • 처리 위탁: 푸시 알림 발송(FCM, Firebase), 스토리지(Google Cloud), 인증(Firebase Auth), 본인인증(+82 지역은 PASS/NICE 등).

5. 이용자 권리

  • 언제든지 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요구할 수 있습니다.
  • 마케팅 수신 동의는 언제든 철회할 수 있습니다.
  • 채팅 기록은 매칭 당사자만 열람할 수 있으며, 운영진은 원칙적으로 메시지를 열람하지 않습니다. 단 신고 접수 및 수사기관 협조에 한해 필요한 범위에서 제한적으로 열람할 수 있습니다.
  • 권리 행사는 앱 내 문의 또는 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다.

6. 개인정보 보호 조치

  • 전송 구간은 HTTPS 로 암호화됩니다.
  • 채팅·신고·개인정보는 저장 시 암호화됩니다.
  • 접근 권한은 최소 인원으로 제한됩니다.

7. 문의

개인정보 관련 문의는 앱 내 "문의하기" 또는 이메일을 통해 접수받습니다.

1. Data Collected

  • Required: phone number, nickname, real name, gender, date of birth, profile photo
  • Automatic: device info (OS, model), access logs, location (with consent)
  • During service use: group photos, join-request history, chat messages, photo-unlock history, point/VIP purchase history, report records, reviews & manner score

2. Purpose of Use

  • Providing group matching and chat services
  • Authentication, duplicate-registration prevention, fraud response
  • Customer support and dispute resolution
  • Legal cooperation with law enforcement
  • Service-improvement analytics (in non-identifiable aggregate form)

3. Retention & Deletion

  • Personal data is deleted immediately upon account termination.
  • Phone / UID hashes: retained in hashed form only for 90 days post-termination to prevent fraudulent re-registration, then permanently deleted.
  • Chat messages: retained encrypted on servers for up to 180 days from the moment the match ends (accept/reject/cancel/expire/room-deleted). Purpose: cooperation with law enforcement and report/dispute response. Automatically deleted after the period. Messages of a terminated user are deleted immediately.
  • Point / payment records: retained for 5 years under Article 6 of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
  • Report / dispute records: retained for 3 years under Article 6 of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. On account termination, personally identifying fields (reporter/target UID and nickname) are immediately anonymized, while the report content itself is retained for 3 years for dispute resolution.
  • Login history: retained for 3 months under Article 15-2 of the Protection of Communications Secrets Act, then automatically deleted.
  • Other logs (access/security): retained for statutory periods and then destroyed.

4. Third-Party Sharing

  • We do not share personal data externally without user consent, as a principle.
  • We may provide personal data to law-enforcement agencies upon lawful request, with post-hoc notification where permitted.
  • Payment processing: purchases run through Apple App Store / Google Play IAP; the Company does not store payment card details.
  • Processors: push (FCM, Firebase), storage (Google Cloud), authentication (Firebase Auth), identity verification (PASS/NICE for +82).

5. User Rights

  • You can request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing at any time.
  • Marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time.
  • Chat history is viewable only by the matched parties; operators do not read messages by default. Limited reading is permitted only when needed for handling reports or cooperating with law enforcement.
  • Exercise your rights via in-app support or email.

6. Security Measures

  • Transport encrypted via HTTPS.
  • Chat, reports, and personal data are encrypted at rest.
  • Access is restricted to minimum personnel.

2. 利用目的

  • グループマッチングおよびチャットサービスの提供
  • 本人確認、重複登録防止、不正利用対応
  • 顧客対応および紛争解決
  • 法令に基づく捜査機関への協力
  • サービス改善のための統計分析(個人を特定できない形で処理)

3. 保管と削除

  • 退会時、個人情報は即座に削除されます。
  • 電話番号 / UIDハッシュ: 不正再登録防止のため、退会後90日間ハッシュ形式のみで保管し完全削除。
  • チャットメッセージ: マッチ終了(承認・拒否・キャンセル・期限切れ・ルーム削除)時点から最大90日間サーバーに暗号化保存されます。目的は捜査機関への協力および通報/紛争対応で、期間経過後は自動削除されます。退会したユーザーのメッセージは即座に削除。
  • ポイント/決済履歴: 電子商取引法により5年間保管。
  • その他のログ(アクセス・セキュリティ): 関連法令の定める期間保管後に破棄。

4. 第三者提供

  • 当社は原則として、ユーザーの同意なく個人情報を外部に提供しません。
  • 法令に基づく捜査機関の要請がある場合、個人情報を提供することがあり、この場合は事後通知または法律の許容範囲で通知します。
  • 決済処理: Apple App Store / Google Playの課金を通じて処理され、カード情報は当社に保管されません。
  • 処理委託: プッシュ通知(FCM, Firebase)、ストレージ(Google Cloud)、認証(Firebase Auth)、本人確認(+82はPASS/NICE等)。

5. ユーザーの権利

  • いつでも個人情報の閲覧、訂正、削除、処理停止を要求できます。
  • マーケティング受信同意はいつでも撤回できます。
  • チャット履歴はマッチ当事者のみが閲覧可能で、運営は原則としてメッセージを閲覧しません。通報対応や捜査協力のために必要な範囲でのみ、限定的に閲覧することがあります。
  • 権利行使はアプリ内問い合わせまたはEメールでリクエストできます。

6. セキュリティ対策

  • 通信区間はHTTPSで暗号化されます。
  • チャット・通報・個人情報は保存時に暗号化されます。
  • アクセス権限は最小人員に制限されます。

7. お問い合わせ

個人情報に関するお問い合わせは、アプリ内「お問い合わせ」またはEメールで受け付けます。

2. Mục đích sử dụng

  • Cung cấp dịch vụ ghép nhóm và trò chuyện
  • Xác thực, ngăn chặn đăng ký trùng lặp, xử lý gian lận
  • Hỗ trợ khách hàng và giải quyết tranh chấp
  • Hợp tác với cơ quan thực thi pháp luật theo luật định
  • Phân tích cải thiện dịch vụ (dưới dạng ẩn danh)

3. Lưu giữ & Xóa

  • Khi đóng tài khoản, dữ liệu cá nhân được xóa ngay lập tức.
  • Hash số điện thoại / UID: chỉ được giữ dưới dạng hash trong 90 ngày sau khi đóng để ngăn đăng ký lại gian lận, sau đó xóa hoàn toàn.
  • Tin nhắn trò chuyện: được lưu mã hóa trên máy chủ tối đa 90 ngày kể từ khi cuộc hẹn kết thúc (chấp nhận/từ chối/hủy/hết hạn/xóa phòng). Mục đích: hợp tác với cơ quan thực thi pháp luật và xử lý báo cáo/tranh chấp. Tự động xóa sau thời hạn. Tin nhắn của người dùng đã đóng tài khoản bị xóa ngay.
  • Điểm / giao dịch: giữ 5 năm theo luật thương mại điện tử.
  • Nhật ký khác (truy cập/an ninh): giữ trong thời gian luật quy định rồi hủy.

4. Chia sẻ với bên thứ ba

  • Chúng tôi không chia sẻ dữ liệu cá nhân khi chưa có sự đồng ý của bạn, về nguyên tắc.
  • Chúng tôi có thể cung cấp dữ liệu cá nhân cho cơ quan thực thi pháp luật theo yêu cầu hợp pháp, có thể thông báo sau theo giới hạn pháp luật cho phép.
  • Xử lý thanh toán: thực hiện qua Apple App Store / Google Play IAP; Công ty không lưu thông tin thẻ.
  • Bên xử lý: đẩy thông báo (FCM, Firebase), lưu trữ (Google Cloud), xác thực (Firebase Auth), xác minh danh tính (PASS/NICE cho +82).

5. Quyền của người dùng

  • Bạn có thể yêu cầu truy cập, chỉnh sửa, xóa hoặc tạm dừng xử lý bất cứ lúc nào.
  • Có thể rút lại sự đồng ý marketing bất cứ lúc nào.
  • Lịch sử trò chuyện chỉ hai bên ghép cặp có thể xem; quản trị viên không đọc tin nhắn theo mặc định. Chỉ đọc giới hạn khi cần xử lý báo cáo hoặc hợp tác với cơ quan thực thi pháp luật.
  • Thực hiện quyền qua hỗ trợ trong ứng dụng hoặc email.

6. Biện pháp bảo mật

  • Kênh truyền mã hóa qua HTTPS.
  • Trò chuyện, báo cáo và dữ liệu cá nhân được mã hóa khi lưu trữ.
  • Quyền truy cập hạn chế tối thiểu.

2. วัตถุประสงค์การใช้

  • ให้บริการจับคู่กลุ่มและการแชท
  • ยืนยันตัวตน ป้องกันการสมัครซ้ำ จัดการการใช้งานที่ไม่เหมาะสม
  • การสนับสนุนลูกค้าและการแก้ไขข้อพิพาท
  • ความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานบังคับใช้กฎหมายตามกฎหมาย
  • การวิเคราะห์ปรับปรุงบริการ (ในรูปแบบที่ไม่สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลได้)

3. การเก็บรักษาและลบข้อมูล

  • เมื่อปิดบัญชี ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลจะถูกลบทันที
  • เบอร์โทร / UID แฮช: เก็บในรูปแฮชเป็นเวลา 90 วันหลังปิดบัญชีเพื่อป้องกันการสมัครซ้ำอย่างทุจริต จากนั้นลบถาวร
  • ข้อความแชท: จะถูกเก็บแบบเข้ารหัสบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ สูงสุด 90 วัน นับจากการจับคู่สิ้นสุด (ยอมรับ/ปฏิเสธ/ยกเลิก/หมดอายุ/ลบห้อง) วัตถุประสงค์: ความร่วมมือกับเจ้าหน้าที่และการจัดการรายงาน/ข้อพิพาท ลบอัตโนมัติเมื่อครบระยะเวลา ข้อความของผู้ใช้ที่ปิดบัญชีจะถูกลบทันที
  • ประวัติแต้ม/ชำระเงิน: เก็บ 5 ปีตามกฎหมายพาณิชย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์
  • บันทึกอื่น ๆ (การเข้าถึง/ความปลอดภัย): เก็บตามระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนดแล้วทำลาย

4. การเปิดเผยต่อบุคคลที่สาม

  • เราจะไม่เปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลต่อภายนอกโดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอมตามหลักการ
  • เราอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลแก่หน่วยงานบังคับใช้กฎหมายตามคำขอตามกฎหมาย พร้อมการแจ้งภายหลังเท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต
  • การประมวลผลการชำระเงิน: ดำเนินการผ่าน Apple App Store / Google Play IAP; บริษัทไม่เก็บข้อมูลบัตร
  • ผู้ประมวลผล: การแจ้งเตือน (FCM, Firebase), พื้นที่จัดเก็บ (Google Cloud), การยืนยันตัวตน (Firebase Auth), การยืนยันตัวตน (PASS/NICE สำหรับ +82)

5. สิทธิ์ของผู้ใช้

  • คุณสามารถขอเข้าถึง แก้ไข ลบ หรือหยุดการประมวลผลข้อมูลของคุณได้ทุกเมื่อ
  • สามารถถอนความยินยอมด้านการตลาดได้ทุกเมื่อ
